Bill Cosby In Da U.P.!!!

Tonight Bill Cosby was at NMU for 2 comedy shows. Dusty and I got a hint from someone who works with Northern's Enterntainment that good seats would open up around 2 this afternoon. We went at 2 and sure enough, we got some kick ass seats! We were in the bleachers as close to the stage as possible. They were rated as having a possibility of "viewing obstruction" but there was no problem seeing Bill Cosby at all. In fact, we probably had some of the best seats view-wise than anyone else in the house.

It was PACKED. I have never seen so many people attend an NMU function. Every single seat was filled. We traded tickets with some people who were directly across from us.

Then the showed started with Cosby coming out wearing sweatpants, a sweatshirt, and an NMU hat. He started to talk and....

We realized we couldn't hear a single thing. The echo factor was so bad that every word Cosby said, we heard 5 or 6 of. We missed the entire first act. We were both very upset and mad that we traded tickets with those people because obviously they were having no problem hearing at all.

Eventually we got up and headed off to leave. Luckily we found a spot in center back in which we could hear what Cosby was saying. We ended up standing/sitting against the wall.

The rest of the show was GREAT! Cosby even called up the parents of a girl in the audience. It was so funny.

So all in all I'm glad that we went, but I'm also upset that we missed the entire first part of Cosby's show. Hmmmpp.......
