Christmas Spirit
Colorful lights sparkle softly through the fluffy snow that settles upon the green needles. Familiar tunes sing sweet carols in the bustling stores as an old feeling falls upon your shoulders like a soft blanket. Breathe in, take in the sharp cold air, clear your mind. The comforts of family, laughter, and food retrieves a warm rush of familiarity through your veins. Allow yourself to slow down for a few brief moments. Take the time to appreciate and love those around you. Remember their sweet smiling faces, the wonderful loving feelings you experience, and the people that are most important in your life. Embrace this time...for you never know when it will be your last.

That's very prophetic, Jules. I try to live each day like it's my last, but I especially do around the holidays. I hope you and Dusty have a fantastic Christmas.
