Another Week Flies Past

Well it's been a whole week since I updated once again. I figured once I got internet at my apartment that I would have all the time in the world to be posting and browsing about the world wide web. I was wrong. I'm so busy that I barely find a couple minutes to just sit down.

I have incredibly good news! I have not one, but two job interviews this week. Both are on thursday, how in the world does that happen? I've been waiting all summer for a break and it happens within two days. I got a call on thursday night for an interview at a national technical college that has a branch in Green Bay. It is for a financial aid representative. I then got a call on friday while I was at work for an interview with a large health insurance company in their dental branch. Both positions have equally good aspects. However, I want the job with the health insurance company a bit more due to the better health insurance coverage. Since I'm a sickie, I need tons of coverage.

Needless to say, I'm ecstatic. It's about damn time something went good with my life. It's a bit ironic that this good luck comes my way exactly a year since I was in the hospital. Perhaps things are finally starting to look up in my life. I'll be so glad to leave this temp job. I hate complaining endlessly about it, but it's horrid. Words can't describe how awful this job really is. I was treated better when I worked at McDonald's.

Has anyone listened to the new Nickelback cd? It's fantastic, so if you have a chance pick it up. I'm also quite excited about Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants coming out on video this week. I may have to splurge and pick that flick up. I'm not usually one for sappy girly movies (seen in my extreme love for Terminator, Die Hard, and Scarface) but I loved that video. It was excellent.
