What I Miss/Don't Miss

What I Miss About Drinking:

--oooh, the beer, the cold, cold, beer
--socializing with friends
--having the liquid courage to dance
--believing that I look hot even though my beer gut was spilling out of my pants and my hair was standing straight up
--did I mention the cold beer?
--laughing hysterically at absolutely nothing
--have people over for a small gathering

What I Don't Miss About Drinking:
--the hangovers
--projective vomiting
--smoking an entire pack of cigarettes in a night
--drinking more calories than I normally ate in two days
--peeing every 10 minutes
--not having any money since I spent it all on booze
--smelling like a bar
--having to hang out in a bar with a bunch of idiots who can't walk, talk, or speak straight
--scheduling my entire life around my drinking schedule
--missing class due to said hangover
--waking up not knowing where I am
--having to figure out who will DD
--eating hangover food like McYuck's
--stepping in someone else's pee because they can't figure out where the bathroom is
--laying on the floor holding on for dear life
--taking shots of Jager...blech
--cleaning up the mess the next morning after a party
--being fat
