Back to School Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the first day of my last semester in college. Well, except for that I don't have any classes on mondays, so technically tuesday is my first day. I'm not quite sure how to feel about this. I can't believe how quickly the time flew by. I've met so many great people. Stereotype as it is, everyone was right when they said I would meet some of my best friends for life in college. Also can't forget about that cute guy I met up here. ;) 5 years ago I never would have guessed that I'd be where I am now. It's a pretty nifty feeling knowing that I'm actually doing something with my life. I'll be the first person in my family to graduate with a bachelor's degree in anything. I'll hopefully be changing the poverty cycle that has cursed my family for many generations...you know those moonshiners from Kentucky? *bows* That's us!
My parents came up to visit me yesterday. We took a gander to the seafood fest and around Marquette. It was great seeing them and I always like it when they come up to visit me. I just wish my brother would come to visit. I've been living up here for over 2 years and he hasn't seen either apartment. Check out my awesome finds at a garage sale yesterday:

I got the Die Hard Trilogy for $5 and the Terminator collector's edition for $4. I can't believe I got them for so cheap. I wanted them for their sentimental value.
Last night we ended up having the biggest back to college party here in Marquette it seemed. We were really hit hard with the after bar crowd, who were annoying and drunk. I'd really like to go to some of their houses and cause havoc upon them, but I'm too polite to do so. It's just so irritating to always be cleaning up after parties. Blargggggg.......
In closing, I hope everyone has a great first day back at school. Don't study TOO hard. :-)
